How to make Golden Crepes

1 All-purpose flour 3/4 cup
2 sugar 2 tbsp
3 Whole Milk 1 1/4 Cup
4 Egg 1 (Egg Yolk)
5 Melted Butter 2 tbsp 


Process :


  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar well.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, and egg yolk.
  3. Combine both the batters and then whisk in the butter until smooth.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan or crepe pan over medium heat.
  5. Put some butter and 1/3 cup batter in the pan.
  6. Now slowly drop the batter on the pan in a circular shape and make it like a chapati.
  7. Cook until lightly golden, about 1–2 minutes, then gently flip with a rubber spatula and cook for an additional minute.
  8. Serve immediately.
