How to make Golden Crepes

Process :
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar well.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, and egg yolk.
- Combine both the batters and then whisk in the butter until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick pan or crepe pan over medium heat.
- Put some butter and 1/3 cup batter in the pan.
- Now slowly drop the batter on the pan in a circular shape and make it like a chapati.
- Cook until lightly golden, about 1–2 minutes, then gently flip with a rubber spatula and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve immediately.
